The Virginia Rent and Mortgage Relief Program is designed to support housing stability across the state of Virginia during the COVID-19 pandemic. Depending on availability of funds and households needs, the program could provide financial assistance for rent or mortgage payments for those who are eligible. This includes any past due payments accumulated from April 1, 2020 to present day.
