Kim Smiley is a Realtor in North Carolina and Virginia and is dedicated to her profession as a Certified Property Manager at Pointe Realty Group. She has over 12 years of experience in the industry. Kim’s commitment is to provide impeccable customer service, superior quality, and personalized touches to each client’s needs while bringing all facets of the business in compliance with the Virginia Landlord Tenant Act. Kim will help make your property management experience stress free. Southside Virginia Association of Realtors awarded Kim for Distinguished Property Manager of the Year for 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2023. Southside Virginia Association of Realtors awarded Kim the Lifetime Distinguished Property Manager award.

Raised in beautiful South Hill, Virginia and its glorious growth throughout the years. It is an honor to be part of a dedicated team that manages over 450 rental properties. I am a proud honors graduate of Park View High School & Southside Community College. Throughout the years, I have volunteered and participated in many local community events. My love for assisting the public, started at a young age, working in the food industry and then later working in sales provided me the experience I carry today. My love for Real Estate and Property Management has grown throughout the years and will continue to grow, as I anticipate a long term career in this industry. Working with Pointe Realty Group is a true privilege. Not only was I warmly welcomed, but was provided with resources to further increase my knowledge throughout the Real Estate world. Born and raised in South Hill, Virginia, Patrick attended Virginia Tech upon graduating from Park View where he completed his bachelor’s degree in Property Management while minoring in Real Estate.  Patrick furthered his education at Virginia Tech by becoming a Certified Apartment Manager in his last semester of college.  After accepting a position as Assistant Property Manager right out of college, Patrick quickly worked his way to Property Manager in 6 months and has held this role since 2018.  Patrick brings almost 4 years of working experience in conventional and student housing.  He continues to stay beyond pace by attending educational classes that can further his knowledge and stay in compliance with the Virginia Residential Landlord-Tenant Act.  In 2019, Patrick was nominated as a participant for “Rookie of the Year” for the Blue Ridge Apartment Council Prestigious Awards which he won the award.  While he is not working, Patrick loves spending time with his dog, Birdy Mae, and playing golf with friends.  He is honored to become a part of The Pointe Realty Group team and is committed to servicing you and his entire community. 

Born and raised in South Hill, Virginia, Hart attended High Point University upon graduation from Brunswick Academy. He received his bachelor’s degree with a major in business administration. Last summer, he joined us for an internship and is now officially part of the team. He enjoys facing new challenges and hopes to learn more about the property management industry. Outside of work, he enjoys visiting Lake Gaston and hanging out with his friends and family. He is very excited to join the team and is ready to help in any way he can!

Donna resides in Lunenburg County with her husband of 41 years, Chris. She has 2 married adult children and 6 grandchildren.

Donna has held office positions in the past that allow her to bring the best customer service skills as well as administrative knowledge to the Pointe Realty Group Family.

Donna is the first friendly face that will greet you when you visit our office. She is always ready to offer quality customer service to our customers and clients, making sure everyone feels welcome. Some, but not all her duties include assisting team members with tasks and projects, answering all inquiries via phone and email on rental properties and to ensure the office runs smoothly.

When she isn’t in the office, she enjoys reading, going to the lake, and spending time with her 6 grandchildren.

Logan was born and raised in La Crosse, Virginia, before moving to Lake Gaston in 2015. Logan is a Park View High School graduate with a deep interest in Property Management.

Logan loves being faced with new challenges and opportunities to grow and learn. He saw Pointe Realty Group as a place to find those challenges, broaden his horizons, and be a part of a supportive and encouraging team.

When he isn’t at the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. Logan says, "I am proud to be a part of the Property Management team here at Pointe Realty Group!"

As a Vendor Coordinator, Karen is responsible for managing Pointe Realty's extensive network of vendors and ensuring that all work completed on our properties is done efficiently and to the highest standard. Her years of experience in customer service and accounting make her an excellent fit for this position, and her attention to detail and organizational skills ensure that work orders are processed and completed promptly.

Karen's dedication to her job is second to none, and she is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Her friendly and outgoing personality makes her a pleasure to work with, and she is always willing to lend a helping hand to her colleagues whenever needed.

Outside of work, Karen's priority is spending time with her family and friends. She loves nothing more than taking her dog Dixie for a walk in the park, going on trips to the beach, and enjoying barbecues with her loved ones. With her positive attitude and kind-hearted nature, Karen is a valuable member of the Pointe Realty team and an asset to our organization.

Randall is a native of Chapel Hill and lived in the Raleigh Area, before moving to Lake Gaston in 2005. Lake Gaston is like a second home, with strong family ties to Warren County. Randall graduated from Wingate University with a BS in Business Administration.
