Kim Smiley is a Realtor in North Carolina and Virginia and is dedicated to her profession as a Certified Property Manager at Pointe Realty Group. She has over 12 years of experience in the industry. Kim’s commitment is to provide impeccable customer service, superior quality, and personalized touches to each client’s needs while bringing all facets of the business in compliance with the Virginia Landlord Tenant Act. Kim will help make your property management experience stress free. Southside Virginia Association of Realtors awarded Kim for Distinguished Property Manager of the Year for 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023, and 2024. Southside Virginia Association of Realtors awarded Kim the Lifetime Distinguished Property Manager award.

Kim was awarded Realtor of the Year in 2022 by South Hill Enterprise.

Raised in beautiful South Hill, Virginia and its glorious growth throughout the years. It is an honor to be part of a dedicated team that manages over 450 rental properties. I am a proud honors graduate of Park View High School & Southside Community College. Throughout the years, I have volunteered and participated in many local community events. My love for assisting the public, started at a young age, working in the food industry and then later working in sales provided me the experience I carry today. My love for Real Estate and Property Management has grown throughout the years and will continue to grow, as I anticipate a long term career in this industry. Working with Pointe Realty Group is a true privilege. Not only was I warmly welcomed, but was provided with resources to further increase my knowledge throughout the Real Estate world. Logan was born and raised in La Crosse, Virginia, before moving to Lake Gaston in 2015. Logan is a Park View High School graduate with a deep interest in Property Management.

Logan loves being faced with new challenges and opportunities to grow and learn. He saw Pointe Realty Group as a place to find those challenges, broaden his horizons, and be a part of a supportive and encouraging team.

When he isn’t at the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. Logan says, "I am proud to be a part of the Property Management team here at Pointe Realty Group!"

Kaitlyn is originally from Lunenburg County, Va, but moved to South Hill in 2021. She graduated with Honors from Central High School and continued her education at Southside Virginia Community College. Kaitlyn brings a warm, welcoming personality to Pointe Realty Group along with a can-do attitude. While she is still new to the industry, she is very excited to learn and grow with her team at Pointe Realty Group.

In her spare time, Kaitlyn loves to sit down with a good book, or spend quality time with her dog, Nala. “I am very excited to start my journey as a part of the Pointe Realty Group Management Team and I cannot wait to see what the future holds for me!”

As a Vendor Coordinator, Karen is responsible for managing Pointe Realty's extensive network of vendors and ensuring that all work completed on our properties is done efficiently and to the highest standard. Her years of experience in customer service and accounting make her an excellent fit for this position, and her attention to detail and organizational skills ensure that work orders are processed and completed promptly.

Karen's dedication to her job is second to none, and she is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Her friendly and outgoing personality makes her a pleasure to work with, and she is always willing to lend a helping hand to her colleagues whenever needed.

Outside of work, Karen's priority is spending time with her family and friends. She loves nothing more than taking her dog Dixie for a walk in the park, going on trips to the beach, and enjoying barbecues with her loved ones. With her positive attitude and kind-hearted nature, Karen is a valuable member of the Pointe Realty team and an asset to our organization.

Fernanda Segundo is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in tax preparation, customer service, and construction management. Known for her strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail, she excels at managing multiple responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism.

A fast learner with a positive, can-do attitude, Fernanda embraces new projects and adapts to challenges with creativity and confidence. Her commitment to helping clients and delivering quality results has earned her a reputation for reliability and excellence.

Outside of work, Fernanda enjoys cooking, baking, traveling, and spending time with her children. She values balance, growth, and continuous learning-both personally and professionally.
