Vacate Request

Submitting a Vacating Request

If you're planning to vacate at the end of your lease, please submit a vacating request by the 1st of your move-out month. You can find the form in the tenant portal under "Contact Us," or by clicking the link below. Be sure to include your forwarding address.

For a smooth move-out and to ensure your full security deposit is returned, we recommend using our security deposit policy as a checklist. Direct deposit for your deposit is also encouraged.

Tenant Rent Reminder

Paying your rent on time each month is KEY to being a great tenant! As a reminder, rent is due each month by the 5th. We want to emphasize the importance of paying your rent on time as Pointe Realty Group reports on-time payments to Equifax. This allows for future creditworthiness.

If you cannot pay your rent by the 5th, we request you email Logan Pearce at Logan@PointeRealtyGroup.com to request a late payment. Pointe Realty Group along with the landlords we represent, require tenants to adhere to the lease terms, as it is a legally binding contract.

For the past three months, Kim has poured her heart into this journey — balancing classes twice a week in Richmond, leading with strength and grace in her full-time role, and still showing up fully for her family at home. Her dedication has been nothing short of inspiring.⁠ She wrapped up the course alongside an amazing group of women, with her mentor of 15 years, Shanna Marie Story, as her final instructor — a true full-circle moment!
